I’ve tuned groupings of pipes throughout Chicago by setting the fundamentals to C,G and E. They should support tones up to C5, G5 and E5. The audience is someone walking home in bad weather.

After doing this for a few years and listening to various neighborhoods I felt an unease about retuning the already exisiting music of a street or neighborhood and now prefer to just listen to the songs they play without me.
